Kristen is a Reiki Practitioner who specializes in quantum and intuitive healing techniques, purpose and soul mission coaching, and overall lifestyle and wellness enhancement from a Vedic wisdom perspective.
The Old Soul Lightworker will guide the OSA through virtual healing circles, workshops, and group discussions monthly. Members will also receive group distance Reiki each month to maintain overall energetic alignment. The group will receive weekly audio messages, channeled by Kristen, and a "Tool Kit" to begin building a self-healing routine at home.
Additionally, all members will be invited to connect in the private Old Souls Align Facebook group!
