6-Day Powerlifter Yoga Program

This program includes specific yoga sequences for powerlifters. There are sequences for squat, bench and deadlift days, two accessory work days, and one recovery day. This program will help you with mobility, recovery and flexibility. The sequences target the muscle groups that are utilized during each of these training days.
The program includes the sanskrit yoga names of each position (so that you can google it if you would like to see a picture), the English name of the pose, a description of how to get into each pose, and the muscle groups that each pose hits.
The program is formatted in spreadsheet form but you will receive it as a PDF. There are three columns in each row, including the above mentioned information.
