My name is Kristen and I am a PRO at affirming my clients and making them feel seen, understood, heard, and recognized. My life coaching approach helps you release the pressure or stress you may feel around living a healthy lifestyle, making it attainable and gradual (we will LIKELY have a LOT of fun along the way, too!) I am here to help you shift your lifestyle, mindset, and daily routines to experience balance in your body, mind, and spirit.
